I'm with you on this one. A joke's a joke, but to see really talented contestants, like Sligh, have to watch the bye-bye video when you know Sanjaya is just taking up precious oxygen is galling. We know he's not going to win, but we also know he has at best - a novelty career in the future - picture William Hung with better teeth. But here's the thing. He doesn't even have the innocent charm that Hung had. Really he's just hair with a lousy voice attached. As for Sligh's good-bye, he could have been more gracious but looking at Hairboy in the rearview would make sour grapes look pretty tasty to me
