Well I didn’t know about this show until recently and I was very surprise with the way some people can live. I simply can’t even begin to understand !

But even so, it is a good show to share with my son and sometimes I go to his room and when I see a lot of mess I remind him, remember that people houses and believe it always starts like this.

He then begins to say, “not me mom” and clean and stores everything … so a good show to teaches our children how bad can things get when we just don’t care enough with the way we live.

Anyway, the thing is, sometimes I see another show, Tacky House, and I can’t stop having that feeling, don’t people have the right to leave in the way they want as long they don’t bother anyone else ?

I don't think that is the purpose of the show: to make people pay if they do not want to change. I guess that the interesting part of the show is to actually witness how some people are... dirty or very dirty:)))

hi my name is mary, and i have clean some trash from roof floor, and it took me 1 month and it was a 1 bedroom house and then the man did not pay me , i'm so made because i worked so hard on it. do i take him to court, if i do i need to ask your help you know how too talk i dont... or can you tell me were or who a talk to to tell me. thanks mary

Yeah these two were AWFUL but I also cringed at the 2007 winners (Lorias)...real **tches...and the very 1st year's winner was also "out there" screaming "I want it back how it was...I HATE IT"...
IF someone wanted to come into my home and "remake" it I'd let anything and everything they asked for GO...

Don't they take an interview first to see if the families are open for changes? Why bother investing that much time and money if they don't want to change? As you said, the Clean House crew offers help for those who deserve. They should have made those two "ladies" pay the costs of the show.

Just watched the repeat and it is disgusting that these people can't realize how lucky they are. They did not deserve this and I can think of so many others who do. I would do a better job of screening these shows so that those who are deserving of such a gift, are given it and express their gratitude instead of ignorance and disrespect!!!! I would be appalled if I were them and saw how they looked to the entire country.

I agree. I hope that these two "ladies" have watched the show since and reflected on their behavior. It is NOT becoming nor was the help appreciated. I frankly got tired of her thanking God and then complaining and cursing the next minute. Also, I pray that they realize that God doesn't like UGLY!

I just watched this show. Apparently it was from last year. I could NOT believe they're ungratefulness and the daughters bad attitude. I am surprised the show didn't take all that stuff back. I couldn't believe the mother's cursing and thanking Jesus at the same time. Those types of people contribute to the bad taste left in people's mouth about Christianity. I could not believe how foul her mouth was and how she spoke to her daughter. I feel bad for anyone watching that might throw the baby out with the bath water. I applaud Clean House in the fact that they were still cordial to them even when they did NOT deserve it.

That sounds like a horrible episode. But, as you must know, people with psychic problems don't often realize they have them and when confronted with them, they might mot react to well. I'm wondering, how would these "ladies" handle a relocation with all that stuff they managed to gather over the years?

This is a good concept, considering that sometimes even if you want to completely clean your house, there's that problem of the storage containers so you end up just quitting or postponing. I'm glad somebody thought about that.

This episode made me livid. The mother is clearly verbally abusive to her daughter and unfortunately, we got to see that her daughter has picked up on that habit too. I can't believe the lady was a detective! I thought you had to have a brain to be a detective but I guess I was wrong. I hope they are both humiliated.

I felt horrible for my favorite Clean House crew. At the end of the episode I wanted to give all four of them a big hug. After, of course, I took a shower. That family made me feel dirty-and it wasn't because of their messy house.
