    for holiday snap-osity, may i recommend "all i want for Christmas is you" by mariah carey. that song always makes me feel upbeat and festive. it's especially effective after listening to "River" by joni mitchell. ha!


    Mariah's whole "Merry Christmas" album is well-sung, but that -- and "O Holy Night" -- are my faves.
