    The Macarena. Oh, and anything by the Vengaboys. They started playing "Boom Boom Boom Boom" at our prom, but my friend was having a hard time making her way to the dance floor. That song was so close to her heart, she threw a chair out of her path so she could get out there in time to dance. :)

    Oh, I have bad "Macarena" connotations. My downstairs neighbors in PA in 1998 blasted that song over and over and over again. I don't know why. I assumed they were trying to get the dance down pat, but after so many listenings reverberating through my apartment, I just wanted to scream, "Give up! You're never going to get the hang of it!"

    Any Justin Timberlake song. I don't know if its those darn catchy beats, that melodic voice, or my embarassing man crush, but I have to dance when JT hits the speakers. And yes, I do my best to try to dance like him and fail miserably.

    I always request that House of Pain song. You can test my level of inebriation by how long I maintain the jumping, and whether or not I'm doing that shriek-y thing they do in the background.


    I also like Beyonce's "Crazy in Love," and anything by Michael Jackson. And I can teach you that "Thriller" dance if you want... ;p
