When I was living Rochester, NY (back in the '90s), a group of women took the issue of the equal right of a woman to be topless in public to the NY Supreme Court and won ("as long as it wasn't for a lewd or commercial purpose").

I'm not expressing an opinion either way, just that some fought for the right to take their shirts off.

(Just random/useless Rochester facts I have stuck in my head... too bad it didn't happen in NH, I can hear Fritz Wetherbee telling the story now)

Maybe Rochester, N.Y., can hire Fritz to "tell us the story."
